1. Order Cancellation Conditions
You may cancel your order within 48 hours after placing it if the order has not been shipped.
Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In this situation, you may contact us after receiving the item to request a return and refund. Please refer to the Return & Refund Policy for further details.
2. Order Cancellation Process
To cancel an order, please contact Selonalti (“we”) via email or phone and provide your order number, proof of payment, and any other required information.
Our customer service team will review your request promptly. Once approved, we will inform you of the outcome and proceed with the refund.
3. Refund Process
Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original payment card used for the order, including American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, and VISA.
Processing Time: Refunds usually take 10–15 business days to process, depending on your issuing bank. If the refund has not been received after this time, please contact us.
