1. Delivery Area
We currently ship within Australia only.
International delivery is not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fees
Orders of AUD 80 or more qualify for free shipping.
Orders below AUD 80 are charged a flat shipping fee of AUD 9.99.
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Our order processing hours are:
10:00 – 17:00 (CET)
Orders placed and paid before 17:00 are processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after 17:00 or on non-business days are processed on the next business day.
4. Order Processing Time
After payment confirmation, orders are processed within 1–3 business days, including verification, packing, and preparation for shipment.
5. Shipping Time
Delivery usually takes 6–8 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary due to location or external factors.

The carrier is confirmed at shipment.
